In the early stage of the project, the Philippine client provided complete official CAD construction drawings according to their local site conditions, usage demands and Philippine building codes. Based on the client’s original design documents, our professional technical team carried out precise 3D modeling and structural mechanical calculation in strict accordance with international steel structure standards and local Philippine construction specifications.

Our technical team conducted comprehensive verification and optimization covering structural stability, wind resistance, seismic performance, load-bearing capacity and overall safety of the steel parking lot. Through refined digital modeling and accurate data calculation, we effectively eliminated potential structural risks, optimized the steel consumption and installation efficiency, ensuring the project meets long-term safe use requirements and achieves a balance of safety, durability and cost-effectiveness. All technical validation work for this project has been fully completed with qualified inspection results.

Currently, the project has entered the pre-production preparation stage. We are actively preparing for the upcoming on-site factory inspection by the Philippine client. Our team has sorted out complete production processes, quality control systems, raw material inspection standards and finished product cases, and will fully display our factory’s production strength, advanced processing equipment, strict quality management system and rich experience in overseas steel structure projects.
